Daddy has a new gun. I purchased a custom rifle, chambered in .270 Winchester, built by the late Thomas Ward. It is built on a 1950 vintage CZ Brno Model 21 Mauser action. I'm a pushover for great wood on a rifle.

I have a Leupold MK 4 scope for it but I'm waiting for the special 30mm scope rings to arrive. Finding rings to fit the 19mm dovetailes built into the CZ action was not easy.
