The bridge joins both the sides of Hertford College, the old and the new. It was built in 1913-1914 and named from the Ponte Dei Sospiri in Venice.

Fabulous bridge over the dry street below. It does make one think of Venice. Lovely the windows and inside they must capature a lovely light.
