One of my photography bucket list items is to
catch a lightning storm on top of Kitt Peak.
This might not be a bad vantage point for trying
again. This bolt was not even close, with the thunder
cell being way off to the west of Kitt Peak and the
NOAO Observatory Complex. The complex is in the center
of this image, above and to the right of the radio tower.
