I started on the wall repairs - there were several small places where old outlets and pieces of wall needed new sheetrock. We got the solid surface countertop ordered yesterday, but they haven't been out to measure yet. It may then be another 3-4 weeks for it to come in. We picked out 3"x6" stainless tiles for the back splash that should look pretty sharp when up.
