This is the screw knob of a Peppermill. I do not post this in 24 mpix, I think that half sized picture reveals enough details about how good the 105EX works on the NEX-7 with an adapter. The lens has old style diaphragm control, thus one can select exactly what diaphragm one wants for the shot one does in any moment. In Makro, maximum sharpness is at F8. The Sigma 105 EX is a lens for which one does not needs to write the book in a new way. It is a real performer, and those who use it know what's about. Handheld Makro is impossible with the NEX-7, the camera is far to light to keep it quiet during Makro shots. One needs a tripod to do that kind of shots.
