Green-striped Darner (Aeshna verticalis) (male), Brentwood Mitigation Area, Brentwood, NH

ID rationale (vs Canada Darner): Lateral thoracic stripes green with some blue in posterior stripe (typical of Green-striped), notched anterior stripe (Canada or Green-striped), small yellow spot on lateral thorax (as opposed to larger spot on Canada), S2 upper lateral spot deeply cleft (Green-striped), S3-S4 less narrowed than Canada.

I would agree with your ID. Along with your rationale, the guide, Dragonflies of the North Woods, compares photos of the thoracic stripes of Canada's and Green-stripe's and the Green-stripe's is a dead match for your photo with a thicker flag on ALS and a thinner PLS bending forward at the top - just like yours.
