The moment has been well captured, but, unfortunately the background is too pale and bright.
I think cropping would also improve the photo. The most important thing in any nature photo
of any living creature is the eyes. In this case the eye is quite reasonably exposed, perhaps a little
dark, but the background behind the small head is so bright that you have to look twice to even see
the eye.
