Luggage that spilled off of a speeding baggage cart
in driving rain. Driver never noticed. About twenty
minutes later and employee noticed the now
well-rained-upon luggage and had another
baggage cart pick them up.

I guess that is what the baggage handling
fees are for; to handle the baggage that
they mishandle!
