Bison at Elk Island National Park

Elk Island National Park

A friend and I spent an afternoon at Elk Island National Park just 20 minutes east of Sherwood Park. It is entirely surrounded by fences; the bison here roam free within the park. We found this one as we crested a hill in our car.
