It's the final chord (with choreography) of the song "Kaisa-isa Niyan" by Nilo Alcala (from the Philippine Madrigal Singers), in case you wondered. There are plenty of videos of it on Youtube. It's a great song and this performance of ours was probably the best one so far this year!
