Tiputini Forest Reserve, Prov. Orellana, Ecuador

In yet another region of the same cross-section of an arboreal termite nest, there are many immature (pale-winged) and mature (fully-winged) reproductives. They will later swarm out of the nest for their brief nuptial flight.
