A second Fringe-Eared Oryx Calf was born on Saturday May 26th, 2012.
At 14 Days now showing clearer horn development.

The Oryx calf will stay hidden during daylight until the mother finds
it at night to feed and care for it. Then at daybreak the mother will
wander away, so not draw any attention to the newborn. Having
no odor newborn will be cared for in this manner for 2 to 3 weeks.
