June 08 - Herb Garden

Lavender in the herb patch.
The footy may be too much of a distraction for a while to venture far from the living room.

A couple of things I took away from last evening’s landscape talk (apart from a lovely book to drool over) …
1) I need to be more adventurous in the search of new subjects.
Climbing hills, getting cold, getting wet and lugging loads of gear is essential.
2) I’m used to too much sleep.

Clearly I’ve not taken this to heart with tonight’s effort which is just outside the backdoor :0)

Grat use of DOF here. Yes unfortunately I know I'm much too lacy to be a landscape photographer .v

LOL. I like your thinking :-)
Very pretty shot with the echoing flower.

Lovely color contrast...great image, even if it was just outside the back door :)

It's a lovely image notwithstanding the absence of adventure. What is the name of the book? I'm intrigued.

Y'see - the trick is not to tell us that it was outside the back door... tell us you found it up an Alp :o)

Great contrast with the light green background and the Lavender.

Nice shot, liking the tips also, might have to go out and buy more gear to lug around. On second thoughts had best not.
