THEATER Juan Bravo dates from 1917 , inaugurated on 26 October 1918 with the operetta "The Mayor of Hontanares" . In 1982 its doors closed for refurbishment and reopened on May 23, 1989 with the performance of the Queen Sofia Symphony Orchestra. The event was chaired by Ms SM LA REINA SOFIA. Accompanied by the then chairman of CASTILE AND LEON Mr José Maria Aznar, the MINISTER OF CULTURE D. Jorge Semprun and D. PRESIDENT OF THE COUNTY COUNCIL JAVIER REGUERA.
