Oh how I love their colors! What a great bunch of doves! What are they called? We have Turtle Doves and Morning Doves that are in the wild here. Maybe even more kinds but these are by far more colorful!

They are beautiful indeed. Some kind of turtledove I guess.

Nice birdies. Our doves are all gray with black collar around the neck and black wing tips.

I like the bit of blue that is added to the wings - our doves are all brown. It is interesting to see what social animals these doves are. I usually think of birds as ones and twos, except during migration and breeding.

Only an infinite number of doves could be this together this close feeding and not be aggressive, no other animal would put up with it.
