Photographed in Larose Forest. There were quite a few of these little harvester butterflies around today. One of the unique things about this species is that their larva (caterpillar) is entirely carnivorous and eats woolly aphids! Most caterpillars eat vegetation, but not these. The adults are interesting too, in that they do not nectar at flowers as many butterflies do, but instead feed on the honeydew secreted by aphids. They have to compete with the ants who do the same thing. You'll also find harvesters on animal scat and on dead animals, seeking minerals.
