Dung Beetle in action.
Not sure what beetle species this is? Aphodius fimetarius?
(Helpful comments or suggestions are welcome.)
Beetle 'diameter' is that of a ball-point pen retracting button top. Dung ball about the size of a rabbit dung.
Location: Asheboro, NC - "at the zoo".
