We saw this family of geese often in the open area to the left side of the previous picture. This farm was along the main road from Sevierville to the cut-off that went up our moutainside. Each time we drove this road, I would "watch" for my geese family. This picture was taken our first morning there (having arrived late the night before and not been able to see anything along the road). After seeing this family I made Dave "turn around and go back" so I could take their picture. Then during our week's vacation, Canadian geese seemed to be the most abundant form of wildlife that we encountered.
