I doubt whether anyone who drove around roads with scenery like this for an hour or two couldn't possibly NOT feel better, no matter what negative things might be going on in their lives at the time. It was SOOOO incredibly peaceful and beautiful that I felt like I was in a state of amazement and awe all the time. It's a good thing Dave was driving because had I been behind the wheel and not been free to just gaze around, we probably would have run off the road or hit something (or someone).
