Shrimpers and Oil Rigs

The Texas Gulf Coast

Miss Josephine is busy catching shrimp in the harbor.
In contrast, behind Miss Josephine are two Hornbeck Energy tankers, the 11103 and the 13501.
These tankers, along with several jack-up rigs are in for repairs at the Gulf Copper Rig Repair drydock.
The Gulf Coast depends on a balance between the oil industry, shipping, fishing and tourism.
It is a delicate balance.

Great mix of industry and nature. Love the composition. The shrimp boat looks dwarfed by the huge towers and I like the birds following the boat looking for food. V.
