Yes, the face was green on the screen.  I did think,
'shades of Grey's Anatomy' ("Christina") while watching though.
This is a photo of a member of the audience taken to use for the demo.

Stephen Nielson, the product mgr, had a screen image of a hat
and assorted things and showed us how easy it is to incorporate
a live shot of an audience member into that image.

Using another image, he demonstrated the 'refine edge' process with PS Touch,
using just a line with finger or stylus movement. It did a great job very simply
on the non-matching areas at the edges of hair against new background.
