One of my favorites - it is telling us so much. Just try to imagine a Columbus with a conveyance like that.

Yes , there is a big difference, but the image is stunning in light ,composition and detail.
Plus a great frame for a great image.

All that is missing is a little dinghy bringing the daily supplies. "Excess" is all I can think off. I am floored by the sheer difference in size. V

The tall ship looks more romantic than the liner, but a lot more work. Nice juxtaposition of the two.
