Amphibole Group, Microcline, Albite, Epidote, Magnetite

Locality: Hotvedt Quarry, Fokserød, Sandefjord, Vestfold, Norway

One magnetite crystal and one amphibole group crystal on a matrix of microcline.

The amphibole group crystal (probably riebeckite or actinolite - has not been verified) is overgrown with small epidote, albite and some magnetite crystals.

Specimen size 3,5 x 2,5 x 2 cm. Magnetite crystal approx 10 x 10 mm.
