Grohe Freehander Showerhead, the 'arm' moves 180 degrees, from body jet position, rain shower or higher as shown in below image.
The 2 shower heads rotate 360 degrees. One can be shut off completely & the other one has a Eco-low flow mode. Both have massage positions as well as sprays. I had one of these in my old condo & loved it.
