Slow light. We got there near dusk, with reduced light anyway, because the light is filtered. I like red/green contrasts - nothing to do with Christmas as I didn't grow up with that much in my life; but red/green always sings, as does yellow/blue. In my view, the only good chili is a photographed one. They are too hot for my taste in food, so this is the perfect chili
