Vintage-Union-Station

Opened in Machinery Effects 2 (HDR tone mapping) with Machinery 4 preset then opened in Photoshop. Cropped, cloned out flag pole, Topaz Black and White Effects "Aged" with vignette applied. Completed in Topaz Adjust 5 "Film Collection - Vintage Grunge II" with transparency applied to lessen the effect.
