An old traffic light hanging as a decoration in the city of Bochum. I remember them hanging upon the crossroads when I was a child.
You had time to pass the street as long as the hand was in the green area on your side.
I wanted this traffic light for time, and I first realized what the advertising on the wall of the big store behind was showing when I had already taken the picture (LOL).
