Thanks everyone. Colin, I don't know of any tutorials but there must be some. Anyway it's fairly simple. A transparent tank full of water, a white card backlit behind to illuminate the air droplets and a second flash front, angled down to illuminate the strawberry. Then, drop the strawberry in the water and shoot! Frank

Really well worked shot, not seen this done high-key before. I've wanted to try this myself, there was a tutorial I came across but I can't find it anymore :(
