Dali ' Foreigners Street'

This street was originally called 'Protect the Country Road' in the Qing Dynasty.
Western tourists often come here for the coffee shops and bars.
It is now called by its present name.

I remember the street well. Although much has changed I hear since the 90's! Is the "Yak Cafe" still there? I remember eating with cattle passing us on the dusty street. Some of the locals stared as us and their jaws dropped as they had seen so few or no Westerners before.
