Yes, it really is, and if pushed (and only if) I can prove it! (pushing is expensive)

NO camera tricks used, some editing was done, but only to increase the little light like things from 1 to 6 ('cause they looked cool) I used appropriate tools to reduce the highlights a little (HDR COULD have been used, but I shot this with a little Samsung Pocket Camera and it did good enough without it and besides, things were in motion and no time to do no HDR) I also "blacked out the "black" to hide the "proof" that this is a streetlight (BTW, this one turns off in the daytime)
