This very scared, VERY matted is just one of the 96 dogs that was rescued recently from a very bad situation. He was matted so bad that they removed over 2 pounds of mats and hair - he is now
in a loving foster where he will get all the attention and care he needs to recover from
the abuse and neglect he has suffered over the last year! Most pictures to come of this
