This photo was shot in my front yard while I lived in Winterville, NC in the mid 80's.
I wanted a lightning photo and as soon as I set the camera up, opened the shutter, the bolt struck - needless to say it jolted me quite a bit,
as I was not expecting it. This photo is unretouched.
