Sharpened image.

Bumped up the colors (i.e. made more vibrant). May have gone a bit too far but that may be the actual appearance of her skin tone.

Cropped closer, but not too tight IMO, to eliminate distracting environment. It's not needed to demonstrate that she is a butcher.
