I've just been visiting Carol's Gallery from Yellowstone and I am struck by the similarity between the flow of the ooze at Mammouth Springs and the flow around the trunk of the tree.

Normally, centered subjects create static images, but in this case, the tree seems to be rallying the troops all around it. Wonderful image.
