Nice work on these images, Hank. The second image would be my preference. Darkening the background slightly reverts your attention to the main character and nice to see it's natural habitat..

All of them are top of the line they suggest even different seasons .Since the bird is snow-free, all three backgrounds work beautifully for different purposes. My personal choice is the first one though.
