on a beach in pacifica/california...in this image there are some darker grey-ish shadows in the sand, looks like shiny chiffon...not only in this image....asked locals ....and they had no answers...they didnt believe it was oil...thought that the whales might have something to with it....whatttttt??? maybe unprocessed whale urin.....good grief...oh, well...
