I agree with Ann; it's an excellent typical rural scene, one that you normally only see as you're passing down the highway. The use of mono fits well with the run-down nature of the barn; it adds to the sense of something from another time. It suits the weather as well including, if I'm not mistaken, rain showers falling on the hill beyond.
This is a great challenge to the eye. I so want to explore that building which it's strange roofline but am drawn to follow the road off into the distant hills. Very well composed and good tones.
