All of us have that one piece of technology we can't live without. For me, it's my ipod touch. For Margaret, it's her new laptop. Eli? Well, he has a new personal educational/gaming thing, but he's not hooked...yet.

For Ian, it's the Nintendo DS. That damn thing might as well be spot welded to his hands some days. We don't let him play it much during the week, but on the weekend, he pretty much gets a few hours to just veg out if we're not doing something. And as long as he doesn't have any homework.

It's all good, though. We all have our technology fix. Now if I could just afford a new iphone...
