Don't know and will never understand why people allow puppies to get in this shape!
These two babies have mange - hopefully demodex and not sarcoptic mange. They
are probably only 5 weeks old! I hope to be able to post pictures of them
in the future with healthy coats and skin! Say a little prayer for these babies!
