Some amount of flooding in the meadows. They really need to get that burn on lovers walk fixed really fast. How long has it been pouring into the park?

Well done Zak. It is sad to see the damage but glad you managed to capture it so well. I was over last Thursday and Friday. So glad I left before the worst of it came. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.

You've done really well to document so much storm damage. Thank you for some fine photos. Hopefully Bute will be back to normal very soon.
To The Traveller: I understand that most tree roots are found in the top metre of soil!

You're doing a fine job. I was just getting to enjoy reading by candlelight, but I must admit this electricity stuff might catch on!

Rough times. Last year, when we suffered the blown over trees, I was surprised to see just how small the roots were compared to the trees. Anything on a verge or a river bank seems to be a lot more dangerous than I used to think it might be.
