One Time Long Ago.

The Rainbow Serpent's Travels.
When the Rainbow Serpent left on his Creative work
in Gadungarra country he travelled into Wiradjuri
lands to continue his making of country.
He wriggled and wriggled and continued to make the creeks and
our Wambuul river.( which is called the Macquarie today).
He looked about and saw a small hill, he began to wind his great big
body around that small hill,He pushed the ground higher and higher
so he could see all that he made in this part
of Wiradjuri land .
Now that place is called Waluu others call
it Mount Panorama today.
