Remember the rest of the layout? I'd never poured the water on the left side, as I'd never finished the seawall. I decided that while I was pouring the Susquehanna around Mehoopany and Meshoppen that I'd finish the port area as well. The seawall was "concrete-ed" by wetting it and sprinkling and tossing anchor bolt cement onto its' surface. This was repeated until I had the seawall fully covered. One advantage to this is that because it's real concrete, the color is automatically right, and weathering effects such as efflorescence are easily replicated.
