Looking down the creek, you can sort of see how it drops off a bit ahead.
At that point you have to traverse ON the steep slope over to the trees/snowy area ahead, or drop down the creek and climb back up.
This would be obvious if you were there. You then have to traverse near the rest of the steep slope, or cross a creek or two and find a way up through the steep woods. If you stay near the steep slope, maybe next to creek, but climbing up as you go, you might see the "road?" I came down last week.
Of course one could come from either Yellow Jacket, or cross the Timberline Road (near Molly's) and turn around before this point.
I don't expect to do this very often, if ever again, I would like to do it as part of a loop, but conditions would have to be just right.
