30 - Favorite

For the final day of the November Challenge, the theme is "Anything".

I chose my favorite shot from the month. I really love how this one turned out of my little boy sitting on the grass next to the National Cathedral in the morning sunlight.

Note the fencing and scaffolding in the background. The National Cathedral in DC is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar repair project as a result of the 5.8 magnitude East Coast Earthquake that struck this past August.

This is gorgeous. The whole scene with your son, the light and the flares. The one looks like a halo over his head and he does look like a little angel. V.

It is a wonderful shot. I think the last several times I have been there it was under some renovation. I got to sing there in a choir in 1980. I was there in the late 90s and again in 2002.
