Valley of Fire State Park, Utah. We really enjoyed this park. We drove into the park from the Hoover Dam along the North Shore Road and the geology(and scenery) got more and more interesting. We intended to stay 2 nights but stayed 3 and then only left because we had to go back to Las Vegas ready for the flight home. The colours were splendid and as the light changed so did the colours. You needed to visit places several times to see them at their best. This was a splendid finish to our eight weeks touring the National Parks. Best viewed in ORIGINAL size.
