I spent 5 hours in my boat with Paul Conover looking for jaegers off the Cameron coast on Nov 23, 2011. This adult Pomarine Jaeger was jumped from the water as we were running about 2 miles out from shore and 2 miles east of the Calcasieu Jetties. We were able to run with it and get ahead of it several times. This allowed us to get photographs as it passed overhead.
