Colt three

Three days after we got this chick it had over 50 ticks on its head. Within three days it was not able to walk, it fell over and did not eat anymore. It did not make it.

Yes that is still the egg tooth. The dark on the neck was not ticks,they were just around its head and beak. I picked off well over 50 of them.

Awe so sad. Are those ticks going down its neck as well? Is that still part of the egg tooth, the little white hump on its beak?
