This is the ONLY image of a BC Night Heron that does NOT give the impression of a lurking criminal contemplating evil behavior that I've ever seen...OK, I admit to anthropomorphizing , but I can't help but think of red eyed BCNH as devil birds...ever since I saw one eat an egret chick. Nice work, Verne!
