Church of St Mary Magdalene
Everything about the church is on a miniature scale..........the nave is 30 ft. long and varies between 16 and 15 ft. wide, the chancel is only just over 12ft. wide by 14ft. long, and the aisle is just 6ft. wide. The low black oak pulpit is early 17th century. Over the chancel arch are two old black-bordered funeral hatchments, formerly common in churches. They have mostly been removed during restorations, but these two have remained.
