Kenia Permanent Camp

After almost 6 hours on the road (2 hours of "road massage"), we finally arrived at our camp. This will be our home for the next 4 nights and 5 days. This camp is owned by Kenia Safaris and Tours and is managed by "camp boss" Elly. Assisting Elly is a general worker and 2 Masai Warriors as security.
Camp is very basic. Each tent has 2 beds with mosquito nets. Only inconvenience is...there is no electricity inside the tent and toilet/shower facilities are shared. 3 toilets and 3 showers each for the ladies and men.
Dinning area is separated (one big for large group and small one for us). For a safari trip like this, a guide/driver and a cook will accompany you throughout the trip. The cook will only take his leave when you stay in a lodge where meals are provided. After that, the cook will re-join you.

Sounds good to me. Were the mosquitoes bad during your stay?
